Job Summary
Kitchen & Bar Prep / Line Cook (Do-It-All Kitchen Role)
El Perro Negro is a small, agave-focused cocktail bar in Breckenridge. We’re building a small kitchen crew where everyone does a little bit of everything. If you’re dependable, organized, and cool working in a tight space, this role covers it all.
You’ll open or close the kitchen, handle prep, work the line during service, wash dishes, and help make the magic happen behind the scenes.
We run two shifts every day — opener and closer — with a possible mid-shift on weekends.
What You’ll Do
- Kitchen Prep: chop/portion ingredients, batch sauces, prep proteins/veg, set up the line
- Bar Prep: make cordials, infusions, fat-washes, juices, garnishes, and other cocktail ingredients
- Open or close the kitchen
- Work the line during service
- Wash dishes and keep the kitchen clean and organized
- Follow recipes and prep lists
- Communicate with bartenders and front-of-house during service
What We’re Looking For
- Kitchen experience preferred but not required
- Reliable, detail-focused, and easy to work with
- Comfortable doing a bit of everything
- Available nights, weekends, and days

Pay: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour
Expected hours: 10 – 40 per week
