El Perro Negro is a high-technique cocktail bar specializing in agave spirits and Mexican-inspired drinks. We’re building a small, passionate team of professionals who care deeply about hospitality, quality, and creativity behind the bar.
We’re currently hiring bartenders, both full-time and part-time.
What We’re Looking For
- Prior experience in bartending or serving
- Strong cocktail creation skills — ability to contribute to seasonal menus
- Familiarity with advanced techniques like fat-washing, clarification, and forced carbonation is a major plus
- Agave knowledge or interest in tequila & mezcal
- Passionate about hospitality and guest everxperience
- Punctual, collaborative, and calm under pressure
