Position Overview
We are looking for an enthusiastic and goal‑oriented Outdoor/Indoor Sales Representative who is ready to learn and grow with our team. This role involves visiting customers, understanding their needs, and helping them find the right products. A strong candidate enjoys meeting new people, building relationships, and working with others to ensure customers have a great experience.
Responsibilities
- Develop new business opportunities and support existing customer accounts.
- Prepare accurate, competitive quotes based on customer requirements.
- Research products to provide basic technical guidance and support.
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person visits.
- Submit daily sales activity reports to senior management.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
Minimum Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and internet research
- Valid driver’s license
- Bilingual (English/Spanish)
- Legally authorized to work in the United States; sponsorship is not available
Preferred Qualifications
- Personal vehicle
- Experience in sales and/or purchasing within maquiladora, industrial, automotive, medical, electronics, oil field, or related sectors
- Ability to build and maintain professional relationships
Schedule
- Monday to Friday
- 8-hour shifts
Compensation
- Base salary plus commission (based on experience)
- Bonus opportunities
