We are seeking a full-time Associate Dentist who is passionate about clinical excellence and building lasting patient relationships.

Your Role
Provide comprehensive dental care to a diverse patient base
Diagnose, treatment plan, and perform a wide range of procedures
Educate patients on oral health and treatment options
Build trust and long-term relationships with patients
Collaborate with team members to deliver an exceptional patient experience
Qualifications
DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school
Active Texas dental license (or ability to obtain)
Strong clinical and diagnostic skills
Excellent communication and chairside manner
Commitment to patient-centered care
Compensation
Daily Guarantee for 90 days
$600 – $900/day
% of Collections 30% – 35%
Annual Income estimate
$150K – $300K if production goals are met
Depending on experience and based on production performance
