- Successful history as a front desk agent or related hospitality experience.
- Task-driven individual.
- Must be able to train during the day for the position.
- Work Graveyard shifts from 11:00 pm to 7:00 am. and/or late PM shifts.
- Check-in & Check-out guest reservations.
- Accommodate guest requests.
- Handling cash payments.
- Maintain a clean and neat front desk area.
- Balance & account for all revenues from various departments.
- Post room, tax, and miscellaneous charges to guest folios.
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize.
- Ability to take room service orders.
- Set high standards of performance for self and others; assumes responsibility and accountability for successfully completion of assignments or tasks.
- Full-time. Part-time.
