El Paso Honda is seeking enthusiastic, self-motivated, New and Used car sales person with a proven track record and experience. Our Sales department is looking for experienced automotive sales professionals who want to make an immediate impact on our growing department. The ideal candidate for this position will be an expert on all of the models that we sell and will deliver high quality customer service. Excellent benefits including medical and dental. Responsibilities and Duties
- Greet and guide customer as they appear on the lot to proceed into the sales process
- Assist in setting up the sales lot or the showroom floor for promotions and to put new models on display
- Take customers on test drives while explaining the technological and safety features of our vehicles.
- Make calls and send emails to your clients to generate business and continue relationships.
- Ability to present products by understanding characteristics, capabilities, and features; comparing and contrasting competitive models; inspecting automobiles; taking drives;
explaining warranties and services.
Qualifications and Skills
- Team Player & Great Attitude
- Previous car sales experience a plus
- Must be able to work flexible hours and days, including some weekends and holidays.
- Excellent customer service and negotiation skills
- Professional communication skills
- Must have a valid Driver’s License.
- Enthusiastic with high energy throughout the sales workday
- Previous automotive sales experience a MUST with verifiable references and a proven work history of success!
