MEDICAL ASSISTANT (central El Paso)
Candidate with minimum of 1-2 years experience preferred.
FULL TIME OR PART TIME
Fast paced clinic in Central El Paso is looking for a Certified Medical Assistant experienced in front and back office. 2 years of experience desired. Salary negotiable based on experience.
Looking for enthusiastic and motivated candidate. Must be have computer and typing skills plus be familiar with Electronic Medical Records (EMR).
Must be able to multi-task and float to other areas of the clinic as needed, be a fast learner, dependable, friendly personality and a team player possessing great interpersonal skills and great customer service skills. Should have the ability to take initiative. Should also have excellent communication, patient care, and ability to follow directions.
Must have experience in the routine activities of the clinic such as taking vitals of patients, triaging, and aseptic technique. Must have experience in scheduling appointments and other administrative functions of the medical office such as scanning of records, exporting charts, call in prescriptions, and process prior authorizations amongst others.
Will be trained in assisting with sterile techniques in surgical interventions.
Candidate must be bilingual: English and Spanish.
