Job Summary
We’re looking for an experienced, reliable BCBA’s to join our team and support general education teacher and special education students and teachers in a general education setting. This role focuses on providing behavioral and classroom support, offering practical strategies to promote positive behavior and a supportive learning environment in the Fontana area.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with teachers, staff, and administrators to implement proactive classroom management and behavioral support strategies.
- Provide coaching and modeling for teachers to help maintain positive and inclusive classroom environments.
- Assist with data collection and progress monitoring for schoolwide behavior initiatives.
- Promote a positive school climate through preventative, schoolwide approaches.
Requirements:
- Master’s degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field.
- Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification in good standing.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Pay: $65.00 - $70.00 per hour
