Role Description
This is a part-time role for a Customer Service Specialist located in Twin Falls, ID. The Customer Service Specialist will be responsible for maintaining high-quality customer experiences, fulfilling customer orders which could include Paletas, Mini-pancakes, Esquites, Fresas con Crema, and other menu items. Daily tasks would include operating a POS system to accept different forms of payment, performing cleaning duties and restocking product during down time, performing opening or closing duties depending on shift.
Qualifications
- Skills in Customer Support and Customer Service
- Must be able to lift a minimum of 30 lbs
- Fluent English & Spanish
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle tasks efficiently and effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work a 4-8 hour shift standing
