Duties
- Assist with food preparation, including chopping, slicing, and assembling ingredients for meals
- Support cooking activities by following recipes and safety guidelines to ensure quality standards are met
- Maintain cleanliness of kitchen areas, including washing dishes, sanitizing surfaces, and organizing supplies
- Help with food handling procedures to ensure safety and hygiene compliance throughout all processes
- Follow all food safety protocols and proper knife skills during meal preparation
Skills
- Previous kitchen and cooking experience is a plus!
- Knowledge of food handling, safety standards, and sanitation practices in a kitchen environment
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail
- Familiarity with the food industry standards for hygiene, safety, and quality assurance
