Job Summary

Job Summary

Plans and provides a behavior management program for at-risk students and provides related support to teachers, administrators, special education staff, parents, and the community as appropriate. Provides support to students in regular and alternative settings for students requiring conditioning of their learning behavior. Employs a range of techniques and strategies to enhance student progress and establish a productive classroom environment.

Requirements / Qualifications

The position typically requires a Bachelor's Degree in Social Work, Human Services or equivalent and three years of experience in family counseling or behavior intervention. A Master's degree is preferred. Board Certified Behavioral Analyst (BCBA) certification or Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) certification. Please see attached job description. Salary placement will depend on verified professional experience.
