Job Summary
Performs clerical and statistical record keeping supplemental duties related to the recruitment, enrollment, placement, and attendance of school and special programs such as pre-school or Head Start. As assigned, conducts outreach visitations to special populations for the purpose of attendance. Serves in the generalist Administrative Clerk capacity as required
Requirements / Qualifications
High School diploma or equivalent required. Minimum one year of increasingly responsible clerical or record keeping experience within a school office or social service agency working with families and youth is required. Desired: Bilingual- Spanish/Mandarin/Vietnamese See Job Description.
Must pass the El Monte City School District Proficiency Test. Once posting closes, selected applicants who have yet to pass the EMCSD Proficiency Test, will be invited to test.
