We are looking for a Store Manager to help guide our team!

Responsibilities
- Supervise our dining room, kitchen, and all deliveries coming into the restaurant.
- Coordinate and execute programs and activities that the company wishes to host at the restaurant.
- Organize and plan your team's hours, making weekly schedules and filling missing slots.
- Maintain communication between administration, restaurant staff, and customers.
- Be able to keep the peace and maintain restaurant operations during busy business hours.
- Be able to act in the moment when under high pressure situations.
- Keep a positive environment and motivate your team when conflict arises.
Requirements
- Minimum of 2-3 years in the service industry
- Management experience in restaurants or cafes
- Education in Administration, Food, or Hospitality.
- Familiarity with the food industry and a problem solving mentality.
- The ServSafe Manager Certificate.
- The ServSafe Alcohol Certificate.
- Ability to move boxes of restaurant supplies around.

Pay: $25 an hour.
