- Fluent in Spanish and English (multilingual skills preferred)
- Previous experience in customer service or retail sales is a plus
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently
- Basic knowledge of technology products (wireless sales experience is a plus)
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems is preferred
