Responsibilities
- Supervise daily restaurant operations and a team of servers to ensure high-quality standards are met consistently.
- Lead and motivate team members through effective staff training, coaching, and development initiatives.
- Manage shift activities by overseeing POS system to ensure accurate order processing and cash handling.
- Control inventory levels through inventory management practices, including ordering, stock rotation, and waste reduction.
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain cleanliness standards across all areas of the restaurant.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to guarantee an outstanding guest experience.
- Experience
- Proven experience in quick service & full-service restaurant environments.
- Previous supervisory or assistant manager experience within the food industry or hospitality management setting is a plus.
- Familiarity with POS systems is preferred.
- Demonstrated skills in team management, staff training, and conducting interviews for new hires.
- Knowledge of food safety management practices and inventory control.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to lead teams effectively while maintaining excellent customer service standards.
