Duties
- Supervise front of house staff, including training, scheduling, and performance management to foster a motivated and efficient team
- Ensure smooth shift management by coordinating service flow, resolving guest concerns promptly, and maintaining high service standards
- Oversee customer service interactions, ensuring guests receive attentive, friendly, and professional care throughout their visit
- Implement food safety protocols and maintain cleanliness standards in compliance with health regulations
- Lead staff training initiatives focused on food handling, customer service excellence, and operational procedures to promote continuous improvement
Requirements
- Previous Food and Beverage Experience - Server/Bartender/Shift Leader
- Knowledge of food safety standards, inventory control, and food handling procedures
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to interview, train, and develop team members effectively
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail and delivering outstanding customer service

Schedule:
You must be available to work 5 days a week
Weekends required (Friday-Sunday)
During the week the schedule may be from 4-12:30am and on Friday-Saturday until 2:30am.
Must be available all holidays. The only holiday we are closed is Christmas Eve and Christmas Day.
Pay: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
