Responsibilities
- Greet guests promptly with a friendly and professional demeanor, providing exceptional customer service from arrival to departure
- Coordinate seating arrangements to optimize table utilization and minimize wait times, ensuring a seamless flow of guests
- Answer incoming phone calls with courteous phone etiquette, taking reservations and addressing guest inquiries clearly and effectively
- Maintain organized waiting lists, monitor guest wait times, and communicate estimated seating times accurately
- Support food safety standards by maintaining cleanliness in the host station area and adhering to health guidelines

Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
