Position Summary:
El Jefe’s Grill is looking for an energetic and personable Bartender to serve up beer, wine, and good vibes in our fast-paced, neighborhood-style Mexican BBQ spot. You’ll be the face behind the bar—crafting drinks, engaging guests, and keeping the atmosphere fun and inviting.
Responsibilities:
- Pour and serve draft beer and wine with consistency and care
- Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked bar
- Engage customers with friendly, attentive service
- Check IDs and ensure responsible alcohol service
- Handle transactions accurately and efficiently
- Assist with opening and closing duties, including restocking
- Keep bar area and seating clean throughout service
Requirements:
- Previous bartending experience preferred
- Must be 21 and certified in alcohol service (if required in Idaho)
- Outgoing, professional, and customer-focused
- Able to multitask and stay cool under pressure
- Available evenings and weekends
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $12.00 - $15.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30 – 50 per week
