Cosmetologist and Nail Technician

Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and passionate Cosmetologist and Nail Technician to join our vibrant beauty team. Responsibilities

• Provide professional cosmetology services such as hair styling, cutting, perms. coloring, relaxing, silk pressing, hair extensions, barbering, to meet each client’s unique needs.
• Perform nail care treatments including manicures, pedicures, and applying eyelash extensions with precision and care.
• Conduct skincare procedures like dermabrasion, body waxing, and other facial services to enhance clients’ skin health.
• Educate clients on color theory principles to help select the perfect shades for hair coloring or nail polish.
• Maintain strict sanitation standards by properly cleaning tools and workstations after each service to ensure client safety.
• Upsell additional services or retail products such as hair care products, skincare items, or nail polishes to enhance client satisfaction and increase sales.
• Build strong customer relationships through excellent communication skills and personalized service to foster loyalty and repeat business.

Requirements

• Valid cosmetology license with experience in hair styling, cutting, coloring, and barbering.
• Proven expertise in nail care techniques including manicures, pedicures, gel nails, and eyelash extensions.
• Knowledge of skin treatments such as dermabrasion, body waxing, etc
• Strong understanding of color theory to assist clients with color matching and creative looks.
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally.
• Commitment to sanitation standards by maintaining a clean work environment at all times.
