Responsibilities
As a FOH Team Member you will be a key point of contact for our guests and assist with front-of-house operations. Responsibilities include:
- Operating the point-of-sale (POS) system (Toast POS experience a plus)
- Handling cash, credit, and debit transactions accurately
- Providing friendly customer service and assisting guests with menu and market item questions
- Taking and processing orders efficiently
- Packaging food orders and ensuring accuracy
- Assisting with the sale and promotion of market items
- Restocking condiments and front-of-house supplies
- Maintaining a clean and organized service area and dining room.
- Following food safety and sanitation standards
- Communicating effectively with kitchen and team members
Qualifications & Skills
- Cash handling experience preferred
- Experience with POS systems (Toast POS experience a plus)
- Strong customer service skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy in transactions
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Basic understanding of food service and retail operations
- Team-oriented with a positive attitude
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Reliable transportation and availability within operating hours
- Food Handler Certification (preferred but not required)
