No serving experience? No problem — we’re happy to train the right person. Previous experience in hosting, bartending, or waitressing is a plus, but not required.
Responsibilities
- Greet guests with a positive, welcoming attitude
- Take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently
- Provide excellent customer service throughout the dining experience
- Deliver food and beverages to tables
- Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, serving stations, and work areas
- Communicate effectively with back-of-house staff to ensure smooth service
- Handle guest concerns or requests professionally and promptly
- Learn menu items to answer guest questions and make recommendations
