Position Overview
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Housekeeping Technician to join our evening team. This individual will ensure that the sleep lab is clean, organized, and fully prepared for patients each night. The ideal candidate is dependable, takes pride in their work, and understands the importance of maintaining a sanitary healthcare setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Clean and sanitize patient rooms, common areas, hallways, and restrooms.
- Prepare patient rooms nightly, ensuring they are neat, organized, and ready for use.
- Change bed sheets and ensure all bedding is clean, folded, and restocked appropriately.
- Dispose of trash and maintain overall cleanliness of the facility.
- Follow infection control and sanitation standards required in a healthcare environment.
- Report any maintenance issues, supply shortages, or safety concerns to management.
- Ensure all cleaning tasks are completed within the scheduled 5pm–9pm shift
Qualifications
- Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience preferred (healthcare environment a plus).
- Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness.
- Professional, reliable, and punctual.
