What You Bring
- DVM with an active Arizona license (or eligibility) and solid small animal GP experience
- Clinical confidence in wellness, sick visits, and case management
- Interest in influencing medical standards, protocols, and quality of care
- Strong communicator who builds trust with clients and team members
- A collaborative, solutions-oriented mindset with a positive, professional demeanor
- Interest in influencing medical standards and mentoring others
- Ability to manage a productive caseload with efficiency and integrity

What we provide
- Full-time position 4-day (40 hours) work week
- Dedicated technician assigned daily
- 24 procedures per surgery day
- Strong caseload of wellness, dentistry, and soft tissue surgery
- Most internal medicine cases can be managed in-house
