El Cholo in Sugarhouse is looking for energetic, dependable, and hospitality-driven Servers to join our team! We’re seeking team members who thrive in a fast-paced environment, enjoy working with people, and take pride in creating memorable dining experiences for every guest.
What You’ll Do:
- Welcome guests with a friendly, positive attitude
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently
- Deliver excellent table service throughout the guest experience
- Maintain knowledge of menu items, specials, and beverages
- Handle payments and transactions accurately
- Work closely with kitchen and support staff to ensure smooth service
- Keep dining areas clean, organized, and guest-ready
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous serving or restaurant experience preferred, but willing to train the right candidate
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to multitask and stay composed in a busy environment
- Team-oriented attitude and dependable work ethic
- Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Must meet all Utah food handler/alcohol service requirements
