What You'll Do
As our Service Advisor, you will be responsible for creating an exceptional customer experience from the moment customers walk through our doors until they pick up their vehicles.
Daily Responsibilities
- Greet customers professionally in person and over the phone
- Listen to customer concerns and accurately document vehicle issues
- Schedule appointments
- Prepare repair orders and estimates
- Explain repair recommendations in a clear, honest manner
- Obtain customer authorization before repairs begin
- Communicate with technicians regarding vehicle status and repair needs
- Keep customers updated throughout the repair process
- Recommend preventative maintenance when appropriate
- Process invoices and collect payments
- Assist with financing options when needed
- Maintain organized customer records
- Coordinate vehicle drop-offs and pickups
- Handle warranty claims when applicable
- Follow up with customers after repairs to ensure satisfaction
- Maintain a clean, welcoming lobby and front office
- Assist with social media reviews by encouraging satisfied customers to leave feedback
- Help maintain positive customer relationships
- Help maintain office and lobby clean
- Help maintain Shop floor organize
- Able to lift at least 50lbs
Pay: From $38,000.00 per year

- High school or equivalent (Preferred)
Experience:
- Previous Service Advisor: 1 year (Required)
- Sales: 1 year (Required)
Language:
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus, but not required (Preferred)
Ability to Relocate:
- Litchfield, MN 55355: Relocate before starting work (Preferred)
