POSITION SUMMARY:
Operates a private branch exchange (PBX) console relaying incoming and outgoing calls, pages authorized personnel, acts as hospital receptionist, processes all outgoing and incoming mail, assists in admitting patient, and serves as cashier, as required.
In compliance with the California Pay Transparency Act, El Centro Regional Medical Center (ECRMC) posts the pay range for all jobs. Please note that actual pay will be determined based on relevant experience, skills, knowledge, abilities, education, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs. Please also note this range is applicable for employees who reside in California only. A geographical pay differential may be applied for remote employees who reside out of state. - Experience in customer service and/or multi-line phone systems
- Basic computer software experience (MS Office, Word, Excel)
- Ability to handle high call volumes
- Type 40 WPM
