Duties

• Prepare and cook a variety of breakfast items with precision, including eggs, pancakes, bacon, sausages, and specialty dishes.
• Follow standardized recipes to ensure consistency and quality across all menu offerings.
• Operate kitchen equipment such as grills, fryers, poaching stations, braising pots, and food production appliances safely and efficiently.
• Maintain cleanliness by adhering to food safety sanitizing procedures and ensuring the kitchen meets health regulations at all times.
• Assist in menu planning by suggesting new breakfast items or improvements based on guest preferences and seasonal ingredients.
• Manage high-volume food production during peak hours while maintaining attention to detail and presentation standards.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth service flow and exceptional guest experiences.

Requirements

• Proven experience in food handling, food preparation, or as a dietary aide within a restaurant or catering environment.
• Strong knowledge of cooking techniques such as grilling, braising, poaching, and meal preparation.
• Demonstrated ability to operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently in a fast-paced setting.
• Familiarity with food safety management practices, including sanitizing procedures and proper food handling protocols.
• Excellent knife skills with an eye for detail in recipe adherence and presentation.
• Experience with high-volume production environments and catering services is preferred.
• Knowledge of dietary department standards or fine dining experience is a plus but not required.
