Job Summary:
As a Server/Cashier, you will report to our Assistant General Manager. You will work together to…
- Ensure that all food orders from customers are accurate and served in a timely manner.
- Recommend meals to customers based on the menu and specials
- Work closely with the Head Chef and Store Supervisor to immediately address all customer concerns and create a pleasant experience
- Confirm orders with the cooks whenever a clarification is requested
- Consistently offer professional, friendly and engaging services
- Follow cash handling and POS procedures
- Follow responsible alcohol service
- Assist in organizing, restocking and receiving merchandise for the retail department.
- Follow departmental policies and procedures
- Follow all safety and sanitation policies
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements:
- High school degree or equivalent; or relevant work experience
- Meet minimum age requirement of jurisdiction.
- A positive attitude and ability work well under pressure.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced work environment and deliver orders in a timely manner.
- Previous point of sale system experience is a plus.
- Must have excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills in working with high-profile clients.
- Highly responsible & reliable.
- Ability to focus attention on guest needs, remaining calm and courteous at all times.
- Flexible to work AM/PM shifts, weekends and holidays.
