Position Overview
The Market Manager will drive brand awareness, expand distribution, and support sales growth within their assigned territory. This is a field-based role focused on building relationships with on-premise (bars/restaurants) and off-premise (retail) accounts, executing activations, and increasing market presence.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and grow brand presence across bars, restaurants, and retail accounts
- Identify and secure new distribution opportunities
- Conduct regular account visits to drive new business and support existing placements
- Execute in-market activations and sampling events
- Provide consistent updates on account activity and market feedback
Qualifications & Skills
- Self-motivated with the ability to manage a consistent account visit schedule
- Strong organizational and reporting skills
- Knowledge of spirits and mixology
- Understanding of alcohol compliance regulations (or willingness to complete training)
- Professional, confident brand representation
- Ability to collaborate effectively with distributor partners
Requirements
- Experience in bars, restaurants, mixology, or the spirits industry required
- Reliable transportation for regular in-market travel
- Prior brand ambassador experience preferred
Compensation
- Commission-based pay (earned per case sold)
- $25/hour for approved sampling events
Pay: $400.00 - $1,000.00 per week
