You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners to bring large-scale campaigns to life—from concept through execution—while ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and delivering measurable impact.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end project management of global consumer campaigns from ideation through execution
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Legal, Creative, Social, etc.) to ensure seamless campaign delivery
- Oversee experiential production and creative execution, including digital content and in-person activations
- Manage external vendors, agencies, venues, and freelance talent for large-scale campaigns
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and deliverables; proactively identify and mitigate risks
- Negotiate scopes of work, partnerships, and production budgets to maximize campaign impact
- Manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including brand partners and vendors
- Track and report on budgets, campaign performance, and key insights
- Drive partner outreach and contribute to campaign ideation aligned with annual goals
- Influence decision-making and remove blockers to ensure successful execution
- 8 years of experience in project management, communications, or experiential production
- Strong understanding of earned media strategies and consumer-facing global campaigns
- Proven experience managing cross-functional teams and multiple stakeholders
- Exceptional organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, evolving environment
- Strong negotiation and budget management experience
- Proactive, solution-oriented mindset with a track record of taking initiative
