Key Responsibilities
- Channel Enablement: Serve as the primary point of contact for field sales teams and channel partners, ensuring they have the latest product knowledge, marketing collateral, and promotional updates.
- Sales Driving & Analytics: Monitor weekly sales performance metrics, identify market trends, and collaborate with account managers to implement targeted sales initiatives that boost sell-through.
- Training & Product Advocacy: Conduct engaging product training sessions and workshops (both virtual and in-person) for channel reps to ensure high-level competency in our product ecosystem.
- Inventory & Operations Support: Work closely with supply chain and logistics teams to ensure optimal product inventory levels across assigned retail and carrier locations.
- Market Intelligence: Gather and report back actionable insights regarding competitor activity, pricing strategies, and customer feedback to internal marketing and product teams.
- Experience: 3 years of experience in channel sales, field sales support, or account management, preferably within the consumer electronics, telecom, or mobile device industries.
- Communication: Exceptional interpersonal and presentation skills, with a proven track record of building strong relationships with external partners.
- Analytical Skills: Strong ability to interpret sales data, manage spreadsheets, and turn metrics into actionable sales strategies.
