About The Role

You’ll work closely with cross-functional partners to interpret artwork versions, incorporate updates, maintain consistency, and uphold the highest degree of quality across all deliverables.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop accurate, print-ready mechanical files for packaging and labeling as part of the ON redesign initiative.
- Collaborate with the Associate Manager, TPA to understand current file-building processes, receive guidance, and troubleshoot mechanical challenges.
- Partner with the Marketing Coordinator to execute artwork updates, maintain accurate codes/descriptions, and stay aligned on proofing deadlines.
- Work with the Manager, P&L to support cross-functional communication and resolve packaging/labeling–related issues.
- Ensure all files meet production standards, brand guidelines, and printer specifications.
- Identify and proactively solve production concerns while supporting creative intent.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously with a sense of urgency and strong organizational skills.
- Maintain exceptionally high quality and accuracy across all deliverables.
Knowledge
- Strong understanding of packaging design, pre-press workflows, and printing processes.
- Familiarity with packaging substrates, finishing techniques, and structural development.
- Expert proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop.
- Proficiency in Excel, Outlook, and Box.com.
- Impeccable attention to detail and commitment to delivering flawless work.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong ability to prioritize, multitask, and manage time effectively.
- Proactive problem-solving mindset and ability to identify production challenges.
- Strong design sensibility and ability to work confidently with die lines and packaging systems.
- Ability to contribute to a collaborative, high-performing team environment.

- Bachelor’s degree in Design or a related field preferred.
- Demonstrated experience building packaging and labeling mechanicals in a production-focused environment.
