Must-Have Skills
- Bachelor or Master degree
- At least 8 year experience in electromechanical, capital equipment designs
- Strong analytical skills
- Ability to lead a small team
- Medical device or regulated industry background
- The Staff level Mechanical Engineer is responsible for designing and developing components, mechanisms, systems and finished products or equipment.
- They can technically lead a small team.
- Demonstrate advanced knowledge of Mechanical Engineering and its application in solving complex mechanical problems.
- Demonstrate advanced understanding of internal and external customer or business needs.
- Work independently and in a team to create designs of multiple components, systems or devices.
- Independently (and in a team) conduct testing and analyze and solve advanced technical problems.
