Key Responsibilities
Pre-Sale & Strategy
- Attend meetings with advertisers, agencies, and internal partners to understand client needs.
- Lead internal briefing sessions to align cross-functional teams.
- Develop thoughtful response proposals with strategic, on-brand concepts.
- Pitch ideas clearly, confidently, and effectively.
- Synthesize advertiser direction, sales goals, and consumer insights into compelling strategic marketing platforms.
- Translate ideas and insights into clear, persuasive narratives using PowerPoint and/or Word.
- Maintain strong, transparent communication with internal teams including sales, production, marketing, digital, and social.
- Ensure strategies and ideas seamlessly extend across linear, streaming, digital, social, and experiential platforms.
- Build detailed activation and fulfillment plans aligned to client KPIs.
- Manage cross-departmental execution to ensure goals are met.
- Prepare recap and renewal materials to support ongoing client relationships.
- Bachelor’s degree (B.A. or B.S.) from an accredited institution, or equivalent work experience.
- 5 years of sponsorship and marketing experience required.
- Deep expertise in digital marketing with proven success across video, social, OTT, and emerging formats.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Ability to work a hybrid schedule from Stamford, CT or Ponte Vedra, FL.
- Willingness to travel and work occasional weekends.
