In this role, you’ll support global digital initiatives by migrating web content, customizing design templates in Figma, and helping create engaging digital assets to support product launches and marketing campaigns.

What You’ll Do
Website & Design
- Migrate website content from legacy platforms into our client's website using approved design systems
- Create and update page layouts and visual mockups in Figma
- Prepare design assets and specifications for web publishing teams
- Ensure designs meet accessibility standards and provide a consistent user experience across devices
- Conduct keyword research to support SEO and SEM strategies
- Track and report on paid search performance and provide insights to marketing teams
- Assist in creating digital assets such as banners, social content, and reels
- Open, track, and manage web requests via Jira
- Monitor progress and communicate timelines and updates
- Support additional marketing initiatives as needed
- Experience in digital marketing, web design, or content development
- Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and web editing tools
- Working knowledge of CMS platforms and website management
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work on-site in Irvine, CA four days per week (local candidates only)
- Experience in regulated industries (healthcare, medtech, financial services)
- Knowledge of HTML/CSS, SEO, and SEM
- Ability to adapt creative for different digital channels
- Strong sense of ownership as a digital brand steward
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field
- 2–5 years of experience in digital marketing or web design
- Experience in medical devices, pharma, or B2B environments preferred
- Excellent time management and organization
- Analytical mindset and ability to interpret campaign performance
- Detail-focused with the ability to juggle multiple priorities
- Comfortable working independently and meeting deadlines
- Adaptable to new tools, platforms, and technologies
Salary : $34 - $36
