Quality Document Assistant
Location: Zelienople, PA Onsite
Pay: $ 37.50/hr
Quality Document Systems Management is responsible for the development, deployment and maintenance of controlled documentation and supporting systems.
Job Duties Include
Labeling and filing of DHRsCreation and filing of DHR Service Records that cannot be filed by the service team because no DHR exist in drawer (Blue Divider)Packing up files that have met their record retention period due to space in the DHR file roomFiling of any Quality or Environmental records that are placed in bin outside DHR file roomUpdating Table of Contents & Binder Revision and Controlled location chart and updating binders if needed as a result of CR releaseIssuing copies of archived, draft procedures to Production or Service floor or whenever needed.Managing Weleski and off-site DHR requestManaging Service files in Service cabinetsShifting/rearranging cabinets when the cabinet is too fullLabeling of cabinetsIssuing of new document / procedure numbers for the siteCreating / updating Supplier profiles in MFG ProSending CoC's and testing data and scans of DHRs when requestedCompleting requisition forms for supplies
