We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Warehouse Associate to join our team. As a Warehouse Associate, you will be responsible for operating forklifts, moving materials throughout the warehouse, and loading/unloading trucks in a timely and efficient manner.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment safely and efficiently.
- Move materials and items from receiving or storage areas to shipping or other designated areas.
- Perform loading and unloading duties using appropriate handling techniques.
- Ensure all incoming and outgoing shipments are properly documented.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Assist in counting and verifying inventory.
- Follow safety protocols and maintain compliance with all company policies and procedures.
- Participate in periodic inventory audits as required.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Warehouse Associate or similar role.
- Valid certification to operate forklifts (if applicable).
- Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks in a warehouse environment.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in handling materials and inventory.
- Strong work ethic and a team player mentality.
- Good communication skills and ability to follow instructions.
Preferred Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Prior experience in a warehouse setting.
- Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures.
Working Hours: 7:00am-3:30pm
Compensation: $18.00 per hour
