What are the responsibilities and job description for the Machine Helper position at EKS Enterprises?
We have an exciting opportunity with a premier manufacturer who is looking to add a Machine Loader to their growing team. Proven experience in collaborating with team members and assisting in problem resolution on similar equipment is a plus. Well-versed in the technical aspects of the job, demonstrating initiative, and effectively training new operators.
Responsibilities include but not limited to:

- Operate production line/cell.
- Conduct basic troubleshooting and problem-solving.
- Assist in resolving basic issues on similar equipment.
- Understand the general and technical aspects of the job.
- Use judgment in problem-solving.
- Operate a complex production line/cell.
- Set up and operate multiple machines/lines/cells with virtually no assistance from Team Leader.
- Require a high degree of initiative.
- Help others resolve virtually all issues within normal operations.
- Work under minimal supervision.
- Train new operators on all aspects of machine/cell/line operation.
Skills/Qualifications:
- Minimum of 6 months of manufacturing experience preferred, not required.
- Technical experience.
- Excellent verbal communication skills.
Working Hours: 11:00PM-7:00AM
Pay: $18-19.00
