Summary: As a Data Entry/Scheduler, you will be responsible for accurately entering data into Excel spreadsheets and Word documents while assisting with scheduling and clerical tasks in a manufacturing environment. The role requires attention to detail and the ability to manage tedious manufacturing processes efficiently.
Tasks includes but not limited to:
- Enter data accurately into Excel spreadsheets and Word documents.
- Assist with scheduling tasks to ensure efficient manufacturing operations.
- Maintain and update databases with production and scheduling information.
- Provide clerical support such as filing, scanning, and organizing documents.
- Collaborate with production team members to coordinate schedules and resolve scheduling conflicts.
- Ensure data integrity and confidentiality in all data entry tasks.
- Handle incoming inquiries and communicate effectively with internal teams.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Data Entry Clerk or similar role, preferably in a manufacturing setting.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Word.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and scheduling tasks.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in Office Administration or relevant field is a plus.
Working hours: 7:30am-4:30pm
Compensation: $18.00 per hour
