EKO Lounge is seeking an experienced, energetic, and result-driven restaurant/lounge manager to lead our operations and elevate our guest experience! Key Responsibilities: · Leadership: Recruit, hire, train, motivate, evaluate, and manage all staff members. Handle any conflicts within the staff team with a positive and professional attitude. · Operations: Supervise all daily activities from opening to closing time ensuring a smooth and successful atmosphere. · Customer Experience: Balance seating, engage with guests, and ensure a positive dining/lounge experience. Resolve complaints, gather feedback, and ensure high satisfaction levels. · Compliance & Quality: Enforce all health and safety regulations and make sure all labor regulations are always complied with.· Financial Management: Create and manage budgets, control costs, manage inventory, order any necessary supplies, and track sales metrics to maintain clear financial records. · Revenue Growth: Implement strategies to grow and boost sales, manage P&L, and enhance profitability.· Marketing & Strategy: Assist with all promotions, advertising, and strategic initiatives to boost profitability. Manage all social media content and engagement to boost sales. Oversee creation of high quality, relevant photos/videos promoting menus, events, and the restaurant’s unique culture. Respond promptly to all comments, DMs, and online reviews to build relationships and address issues pertaining to positive or negative reviews. Monitor platforms like Yelp, Google, and social media platforms to manage reviews, flag damaging content, and build customer loyalty. Maintain a consistent brand voice and visual style across all platforms. Requirements: · Proven management experience of at least 3 years in fast paced restaurants/lounges.· Exceptional leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.· Strong financial acumen & operational knowledge (P&L, inventory) · A proactive, positive attitude and ability to lead by example
