Responsibilities
- Prepare and process construction project invoices accurately using various accounting software -Sage.
- Maintain detailed records of billing activities, including journal entries, account analysis, and account reconciliation.
- Collaborate with project managers and clients to resolve billing discrepancies through effective negotiation and customer service skills.
- Manage data entry tasks related to billing and receivable transactions with precision and efficiency.
- Assist with HR and Accounts payable
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree preferred
- Proven experience in construction or corporate accounting, including accounts receivable functions.
- Strong knowledge of accounting software
- Excellent analysis skills coupled with attention to detail for accurate data entry and account analysis.
- Effective communication skills with professional phone etiquette for client interactions.
