Position Overview
Project Manager
will play a key role in ensuring smooth project execution by managing documentation, coordinating communication between stakeholders, and researching energy incentive programs. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of problem-solving in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Track, record, and organize incoming projects.
- Identify suitable government or utility energy incentive programs for each project.
- Coordinate and communicate with clients, third-party vendors, contractors, and program managers to ensure timely project completion.
- Prepare, file, and maintain project documentation.
- Provide post-project customer support to strengthen client relationships.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a
Project Manager
or in a similar administrative/project management role. - Strong proficiency in general office software (Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.).
- Ability to read and interpret project-related documents.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and keen attention to detail.
