Role Description
This is a full-time on-site Project Manager role located in Queens, NY. The Project Manager will oversee the planning, execution, and completion of energy efficiency projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and budget. The responsibilities include scheduling, coordinating logistics, managing project timelines, supervising on-site inspections, and ensuring compliance with all relevant standards and regulations. They will work closely with clients, vendors, and project teams to ensure the success of each project.
Qualifications
- Strong proficiency in Project Management, including the ability to develop and oversee project plans and meet deadlines.
- Knowledge and experience in Expediting and Logistics Management to ensure seamless project execution and resource allocation.
- Skills and experience in Expeditor roles and Inspection duties to facilitate project compliance and quality assurance.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills for effective stakeholder interaction and collaboration.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with energy efficiency or construction projects is preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field is a plus.
