Route Driver - FedEx Service Provider - $500 BONUS AFTER 90 DAYS EMPLOYED!!

Ekholm Enterprises is an Independent Service Provider for FedEx Ground. We deliver and pick-up packages out of the Sioux Falls, SD station. Our routes are in SW Minnesota and Rural SE SD.

We are looking for experienced and qualified drivers who have a strong work ethic and are motivated to be part of a team, to deliver and pick-up packages from local businesses and residences.

We equip each driver with a the necessary tools and training to ensure a successful and confident driver. Ekholm Enterprises has a great team of managers and drivers to support a well-functioning, professional and friendly work environment.

Requirements:

Driver must:

• Be safety minded
• At least 21 years of age
• Have a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Clear a 10-year DOT background check
• Be able to read, speak, and write English
• Pass a drug test and DOT physical
• Be of legal status to work in the US
• Be able to safely lift/carry up to 150 pounds with a hand truck
• Pass a background check
• Have reliable transportation to and from work
• Be on-time and ready to work each day
• Be able to climb stairs
• Be able to work in all types of weather

Daily Duties, include but not limited to:

• Your truck must always be operated safely.
• Deliver and pick-up of packages to businesses and residences. Routes vary in number of pick-ups and deliveries, but expectations are a driver will routinely perform 80-120 stops a day.
• Perform daily inspections of vehicle before and after each day
• Loading vehicle for deliveries.
• Work independently and as part of a team.
• Provide exceptional customer service and maintain appropriate communication with managers.
• Accurately operate scanner. Effectively track delivery process.
• Consistently deliver entire route in a timely manner.
