What You Can Expect As Our Security Flex Officer
As a crucial part of our flexible security team, you will be responsible for providing reliable, unarmed protection and service across our client sites.
You Will Also
- Provide fixed and roving patrol security for various client sites.
- Deliver excellent customer service to our clients, acting as a professional ambassador.
- Observe, deter, and report unauthorized or unusual activities at the assigned site.
- Respond quickly and effectively to critical situations.
- Read and write detailed, accurate reports on incidents and daily activities.
- Enforce client procedures, regulations, and standards with professionalism.
- 18 years old or the minimum age required by the state
- Customer service experience
- Valid driver's license
- High school diploma or GED; possessing an associate's degree is preferred
- 2 years of security experience and/or military/LEO
- Great communication and customer service skills
- Knowledge to operate the radio, telephone, and console monitors
- Authorization to legally work in the United States
- Effective verbal and written English communication skills
- Access to reliable transportation that allows for short-notice response throughout the Atlanta Metro area
- Ability to complete crisis prevention training and site-specific training before serving as a qualified security officer
- Ability to pass any state-required training or other qualifications for licensing
- Ability to stand for long periods of time (8 hours)
- Ability to work outside in a variety of weather conditions
- Ability to lift/carry up to 50 lbs
- Ability to reach over your head with 10-25 lb loads
- Ability to walk up and down stairs, with loads up to 50 lbs
- Ability to walk and stand for extended periods and use ladders
- Ability to work at a desk and use a keyboard
- Ability to work any shift, 24 hours per day, seven days per week, including weekends and holidays
