JOB DESCRIPTION
- Must complete the State of Georgia 24-hour basic security officer course within six months of hire
- Must complete applicable Safety & Environmental Rules training
- Conduct routine patrols in and around the building using Lighthouse
- Interact with residents, visitors, staff, and the public in a professional, but friendly manner
- Investigate and handle disturbances and, as needed, obtain police and law enforcement assistance.
- Must have a valid driver's license.
- At least 18 years of age or older.
- High school education or equivalent (GED)
- Pass an extensive screening process
- Attention to detail is a plus.
- 1-year Supervisor experience preferred.
- $100 Signing BONUS after 90 days
