SUMMARY
EK Machine is seeking a skilled IT Support Analyst to join our team. This role will support workstation management, data reporting, and system maintenance across the organization. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with workstation setup and troubleshooting, SQL query development, and Crystal Reports.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Manage and support workstation hardware and software across departments.
- Perform software installations, updates, and ensure licensing compliance.
- Develop and maintain SQL queries for data extraction and reporting.
- Create and modify Crystal Reports to support operational and business needs.
- Provide technical support to end users and resolve IT-related issues.
- Document IT procedures and maintain system records.
- Collaborate with internal teams to support IT infrastructure and reporting initiatives.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology Computer Science, or related field. Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT support or systems administration. Proficiency in SQL and experience with Crystal Reports. Strong knowledge of workstation hardware/software and basic networking. Excellent problem-solving and communication skills. Ability to work independently or part of a team.
LANGUAGE SKILLS
Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions and memos, as well as operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals. Ability to write simple correspondence. Ability to effectively present information one-on-one to other employees of the organization.
MATHEMATICAL SKILLS
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percentages.
REASONING ABILITY
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
