What You’ll Do
- Develop and manage a pipeline of mid-to-large employer opportunities
- Build relationships with key decision-makers across HR, Risk, and executive leadership
- Navigate complex sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders and influencers
- Partner with brokers, consultants, and strategic partners to drive new business
- Lead consultative sales conversations focused on outcomes, value, and long-term impact
- Own the full sales cycle from prospecting through close
- Experience selling in a 6–12 month sales cycle environment
- Background in one or more of the following:
- Workers Compensation / Occupational Health
- Physical Therapy / Home Health
- Healthcare SaaS or services
- Employee benefits / insurance / broker channel
- HR tech / HCM solutions
- Other complex B2B solution sales into employers or healthcare organizations
- Proven ability to engage multiple stakeholders
- Strong relationship-building skills with a proactive, business development mindset
- Comfortable operating in less transactional, more consultative sales environments
- Experience working with or alongside brokers, consultants, or channel partners
- Ability to create opportunities early—before formal buying processes begin
- Strong business acumen and ability to connect solutions to financial and operational outcomes

Requirements
- 3 years of B2B sales, business development, or client-facing experience
- A natural relationship-builder who is comfortable initiating conversations and creating opportunities
- Strong communication and listening skills with a consultative approach
- Self-starter mindset with a drive to meet and exceed goals
- Ability to manage a territory and stay organized in a remote environment
- Experience in healthcare, insurance, or a related field is helpful, but not required
