Our Service Desk Team Members provide Tier 1 and 2 hardware and software remote or onsite support at client locations to resolve hardware and software issues and complete change requests. Assists all levels of users with, but not limited to, proper use of their computer systems, software applications, and information technology business processes. Performs other duties as required.
Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot issues for users involving, but not limited to: Network/connectivity issues, server issues, and computer issues (Windows environments)
- Build strong relationships with the companies we service
- Traveling to various client locations, typically 1 or less hours away
- Willing to learn new technology and grow with the industries we service
- Work as a team to accomplish one goal, to make our clients happy
We have multiple offices and a hybrid office/remote workforce. You will be provided with all the technology to work from your home that works for you. We have a main office in Napoleon, OH. Satellite offices are located in Findlay, Defiance, and Sylvania (coming soon).
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour
