About Us
We are a commercial real estate company specializing in the management and operation of office, retail, and industrial properties. We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Assistant Property Manager to support day-to-day property operations and tenant relations.
Position Summary
The Assistant Property Manager will work closely with the Property Manager to ensure properties are professionally maintained, tenants receive exceptional service, and operational and financial goals are achieved.
Responsibilities
- Assist in the daily management of commercial properties
- Respond to tenant requests and coordinate service calls
- Support lease administration, rent collection, and tenant communications
- Coordinate vendors, maintenance schedules, and property inspections
- Prepare reports, invoices, and property documentation
- Assist with budgeting, accounts payable/receivable, and financial tracking
- Help ensure compliance with company policies and safety regulations
- Maintain organized property files and records
- Support property marketing and tenant retention initiatives
Qualifications
- 2 years of experience in property management, real estate, or related field preferred
- Commercial real estate experience is a plus
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and YARDI
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Professional attitude and strong customer service skills
